Prenatal Lactation Visit

Prenatal Lactation Visits are highly recommended if you are planning on lactating to feed your baby. During this visit we will cover what to expect in the first few days, fit you for pump flanges, and make a plan for the first couple weeks of infant feeding.

Lactation Support Visit

Newborn lactation visit are ideal to check in on the early days of the lactation journey. These visits are designed to ensure that infant feeding is off to a successful start and that parents are feeling confident. Lactation visits are currently self pay.

Daytime Postpartum Support

150/Per Four Hour Session

Daytime postpartum support is customized to fit the needs of each family. Research shows that new parents who have support in the early days make an easier transition into their new role. Postpartum doulas prioritize the needs of the birth giver and baby dyad by assisting with feeding, newborn care, household chores, food prep,etc.

Daytime shifts are for 4 hours each with a mimimum of 4 sessions required.

Overnight Postpartum Support

45/per hour

Overnight postpartum support is designed to optimize sleep for parents by tending to baby during wakeful times. Quiet household chores can also be done as time permits.

A minimum of 6 hours per shift is required.

Lactation & Infant Feeding is an in depth class that includes the topics of; anatomy, physiology of lactation, latching and positioning, common challenges, pumping, and how to incorporate the partner into the process of feeding baby. This class is aimed to get you started on a path to success. This one-one prenatal education class can be done virtually or in person.

Caring For the Newborn

Caring For The Newborn is an interactive, hands on prenatal education class best done in person. We will cover topics such as; diapering, dressing baby, feeding, bathing, and more.

Group Classes
